Can I see samples of your course materials?
No, course materials will be provided for those who registered.
What is included in the fees?
The fees cover the training, certificate, and material (soft copies). All our course attendees will receive a ‘Certificate of Attendance’ which can be used towards your Continuing Professional Development.
What payment forms and methods do you accept?
Bank/Wire transfers to the Beyond Experts bank account.
What is included in the training course packages?

When can I get the course material?
Once you make a purchase you instantly receive your download links by email.
Can I book online?
Yes, visit the Beyond Experts website, and use the registration form for your course of interest.
Is there a discount for more than one registrant/course?
Yes. We have a number of discount schemes which vary depending on the number of registrations and other factors. Please call us and we will be happy to share these with you.
Are your timings flexible for in-house training?
Yes. You can choose the dates and timings for in-house training – subject to trainer availability.
Can you deliver training outside the UAE?
Yes. Our trainers travel outside the UAE to provide training in different countries throughout the Middle East and beyond.
How can I cancel my registration?
To cancel a registration, please contact us. Please note that registrations that are canceled less than five (5) business days before the start of the course will be charged 30% of the registration fees.
Can I get a refund of the fees after the start date of the course ?
Please note that no refund for the fees after the start date of the course , regardless of your attendance. Only registrations that are canceled less than five (5) business days before the start of the course will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.
What equipment is required for a distance course?
You will need a computer with Windows 10 (preferably), headphones, a browser (Chrome, preferably), and a reliable Internet connection.
We also recommend that you have two monitors connected to your computer, a camera, and a microphone. This equipment is optional but will allow you to have an optimal experience.
What is the cost of the training course?
The cost of the course depends on the training category. You can find all the details in the details section of each course.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, registration ends 3 business days before the start of the course.
